B. Tabata Push Ups - low score - 4 sets only
C. AMRAP Double Unders in 2 min
D. GHD Sit Ups - 20 x 2

back squat is not for 1RM, just challenging but confident 1's
make push ups reps extra perfect

Didn't have it today. I always seem to feel out of it during 4pm workouts. Just got to regroup and get my shit together for tomorrow.
