2010 _training_ goals
1. Improve overhead movements (55 kg Snatch, 60 kg press, 75 kg split jerk)
2. 220# back squat
3. Finish the freakin "flight simulator" as Rxd. I have failed at this twice...I have 82 unbroken DUs but this WOD is my nemesis.
